Job Description
New Relic is seeking a Tax Manager to join their Finance and Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of SaaS industry expertise and experience from a Big 4 accounting firm.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA license
- Minimum of 8+ years of progressive tax experience
- At least 5 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
- Experience working in the SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of ASC 740 (Accounting for Income Taxes)
- Experience with international tax issues
- Proficiency in tax software and financial systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
