Job Description
The Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead works with REACH management team to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of a REACH community based team. Ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Provides direct services to individuals served.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia DMAS approved Human Services field
- Current enrollment in a clinical licensure track Master's Program
- At least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure preferred
- Ability to register as License eligible is required
