Clinical Program Supervisor - Outpatient Services

New River Valley Community Services is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor to join their Outpatient leadership team. The supervisor will provide direct clinical and administrative guidance to outpatient staff, oversee program services, and monitor service quality and program needs.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other license-eligible field
• Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia
• QMHP eligibility or status
• At least three years of experience providing direct clinical services in a community based mental health setting
• Experience in substance use and co-occurring disorders strongly preferred
• At least one year's experience providing clinical supervision
