Job Description
We are looking for a Sustainability Manager to develop and implement our sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing sustainability projects and knowledge of CSRD, ESG criteria, and sustainability strategies.
Requirements
- Completed MSc or bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, business administration, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience (at least 5 years) in implementing sustainability projects, ideally within consultancy or the business world
- In-depth knowledge of CSRD, ESG criteria, sustainability strategies, and relevant legislation
- Practical and proactive
- Analytically strong
- Project management
- Excellent social skills, team player, and culturally sensitive
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Independent, result-oriented, and decision-making
- Entrepreneurial, communicative, and strong at all levels of the organization, including the management level
- Passionate about sustainability and social responsibility
