The Donor Relations Associate supports Account Managers in achieving whole blood and apheresis collection goals. This role involves managing donor recruitment, supporting fixed site activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with marketing programs, and performing administrative tasks. The position requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree preferred.
- Two to three (2-3) years’ experience in sales and marketing or customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
