Requirements

• Capital Planning: Strategically manage capital plans and annual budgets for NYCEDC's diverse asset portfolio
• Asset Development: Collaborate with the Asset Management Portfolio Management (AMPM) team to align projects with current policies, market demands, and tenant needs
• Project Execution: Deliver innovative and sustainable design projects that reflect best practices and forward-thinking solutions
