Job Description
The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a dynamic, motivated, detail-oriented and accomplished individual to serve as Chief of Staff. This position is an integral member of the DYCD Leadership Team, serving as the primary advisor to the Commissioner on agency matters.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point in the development, implementation, and monitoring of both short and medium-term strategies.
- Build and sustain a high integrity, high-impact and high-value organization where all staff thrive in their roles in fulfillment of the agency’s mission and core organizational values.
- Establish a project management culture across DYCD, focused on ensuring effective execution of high-profile initiatives and projects, particularly projects with aggressive timelines.
