Job Description
NYMC seeks a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Cell Biology and Anatomy to study enhancer RNAs and RNA condensates. The candidate will develop a research project focused on non-coding genetic variants and mutations in nascent RNA and epigenetic studies.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in cell/molecular biology, genetics/genomics, and/or computational biology
- Previous experience in molecular biology, genomics and/or bioinformatics
- Familiarity with experimental and computational techniques for transcriptomic and epigenomic analyses
