Job Description
Provides administrative and gameday support to all members of the Guest Experience Department. Responsible for various tasks including tracking certificates, organizing displays, and supporting lost and found operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of Guest Service experience preferred (hospitality, entertainment or retail)
- Professional demeanor and excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office software, with an emphasis on Excel
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
