Job Description
Join the New York Power Authority as a Civil Engineering, Developmental Intern and assist with the Waterways, Dam Safety group's Canals Dam Safety Emergency Action Plan (EAP) program. The intern will work closely with the EAP Coordinator and participate in EAP update meetings, back checking Consultants revisions, and other EAP related tasks.
Requirements
- Participate in department-specific projects, analysis, research methods and learn project management skills
- Support team in developing business solutions that contribute to NYPA's VISION2030 strategic goals
- Research industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our programs
