Job Description
New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD) seeks an Academic Appointments Partner to support the Dean of the Academic Divisions on academic appointments activities and processes. The role involves coordinating academic appointments, faculty recruitment, tenure, promotion, and other related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or a related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- More than 3 years of work experience providing comprehensive client-focused HR services in the Higher Education sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate cross-functionally with all levels
- Proven complex problem-solving skills plus a teamwork and dedicated customer service approach
