The Wellness Counselor at NYU Tel Aviv provides expert mental health support and counselling services to the university community, promoting mental and physical well-being of students through workshops, seminars, and individual support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in clinical psychology (or LCSW) and necessary license/accreditation to provide clinical counseling services in Israel
- Minimum of 4 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience in crisis intervention and response, training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities, strong empathy and cultural sensitivity, excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, fluency in Hebrew is preferred but not required
