Requirements

• Degree in engineering, economics, or a natural science
• Up to 1.5 years of professional experience through internships or part-time jobs
• Confident communication skills
• Willingness to travel

• Master's degree or doctorate in engineering, economics, or a natural science (for perfect match)
• Initial full-time professional experience in defense technology, drive technology and mechanical engineering (for perfect match)
• Quick understanding and adaptability
• High willingness to travel (3-4 days/week)
• Certifications in project management (e.g. Scrum, Prince2, PMI, SAFe)
• Practical command of digital project management tools (e.g. JIRA)
