UX & UI Designer

We're seeking a UI/UX Designer (or Design Lead for exceptional candidates) who's ready to elevate the digital experience at Newcode.ai. The foundation is solid, now we're looking for someone who combines creative ambition, a thoughtful user-centric approach, and rigor in visual and interaction design.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UI/UX, digital product, or interface design for tech startups, SaaS, or fast-growth environments
• Deep portfolio showing impactful product interfaces and brand/visual evolutions
• Hands-on expertise in Figma and prototyping/user testing tools
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and shipping high-quality digital products
• Passion for elegant, scalable solutions and data-driven iteration
• Outstanding visual/UI sensibility and strong communication skills with fluency in English (other languages a plus)
• Experience leading or mentoring design teams (for senior/head roles)
• Track record working at the intersection of emerging technology and user experience
