Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of employee benefits experience
• Exceptional communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its complex features
• Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, solve problems, offer solutions and make process improvements
• Washington State Life and Health License (must have or acquire within three months of employment)
