Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of employee benefits experience
- Exceptional communication skills: written, public speaking and presentation preparation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and its complex features
- Ability to be resourceful, take initiative, solve problems, offer solutions and make process improvements
- Washington State Life and Health License (must have or acquire within three months of employment)
