The Student Affairs office is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to provide front desk and phone coverage, assist with filing and data entry tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a current Newman University student enrolled full time (minimum of 12 credit hours)
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Previous experience working with Microsoft Office
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
