The Career Services Marketing and Communications Intern will implement marketing platforms for the Director of Career Services, including Career Fair and workshop campaigns, and oversee communication plans with external employers. The intern will also support Handshake tasks, manage the Career Services LinkedIn page, and help with other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a current Newman University student enrolled full-time
- Be at least a sophomore level student in Communications, Digital Design, Marketing, or another related program
- Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, online creative platforms, and a willingness to learn new software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent worker with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain flexibility with student and university schedules to accommodate office hours and ongoing events
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
