Job Description
This Senior Appraiser role focuses on independently appraising real estate properties for various purposes like dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, and estate planning. It involves comprehensive property examination, market value assessment, client communication, and maintaining knowledge of regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Prepare complete appraisal reports independently on complex properties.
- Conduct complete appraisals of commercial properties to establish market value.
- Inspect properties and complete formal review responses.
- Engage directly in client meetings.
- Maintain knowledge of current government regulations and appraisal standards.
- Maintain familiarity with necessary software programs.
