Requirements
- Provide commercial real estate analysis, debt and equity underwriting across all markets and property types.
- Analyze and interpret operating statements, rent rolls, and leases.
- Prepare financial models using Excel and Argus.
- Conduct due diligence through site visits and studying development budgets.
- Research and analyze markets and submarkets.
