Job Description
This Groundskeeper position is responsible for the physical appearance of facility grounds. The role involves mowing, raking, fertilizing, trimming, and watering plants, as well as managing grounds supplies and maintaining property in general appearance. This includes debris removal and signage maintenance.
Requirements
- Mow, rake, plant, fertilize, trim, and water vegetation.
- Maintain property cleanliness (leaves, snow, weeds).
- Handle ground supply maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain storm drains, retention ponds, and fountains.
- Handle emergency situations (on call).
