Job Description
Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Property to develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs related to the management of a building, ensuring positive tenant relations, environmental health and safety, and quality programs. This role involves collaborating with owners, senior management, and VP and Portfolio Manager to optimize real estate assets. The company provides comprehensive services to owners, occupiers, investors, and startups.
Requirements
- Assist in solidifying positive relationships with owners.
- Prepare and report information in a timely fashion.
- Develop and implement staffing plans.
- Review and approve lease abstracts and final documents.
- Review specifications and award contracts.
- Review and approve account payable and receivable.
- Review accounting output.
- Review and supervise employee performance.
- Conduct market surveys and develop marketing programs.
