Job Description
NEWMARK GROUP, INC. (NASDAQ: NMRK), a leading commercial real estate company, is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join their team. The Vice President will be responsible for providing asset management support and underwriting for a growing portfolio of transitional commercial loans. The company operates from 165 offices with 8,100 professionals across four continents.
Requirements
- Provide commercial real estate analysis and debt underwriting across all markets and property types
- Monitor performance against underwriting, budget, and covenants
- Coordinate with third parties including servicers, borrowers, lenders, and construction consultants
- Review and approve draw requests for renovation and ground-up construction projects
- Monitor performance of operating properties and conduct TI/LC and Renovation draw reviews
- Complete quarterly asset updates
- Update and/or create credit committee presentation memos
- Collaborate to achieve department and firm objectives
