Requirements
- Formulate and establish funding projections/goals in conjunction with Wholesale leadership
- Perform initial contact to prospect new mortgage brokers/bankers and coordinate broker approval process
- Collaborate with Wholesale leadership and Corporate business partners to develop/implement marketing strategies
- Conduct online presentations at broker offices to promote the Company's Value Proposition
- Serve as subject matter expert on company policies, procedures, products, and technology
- Collaborate with loan operations team to manage active pipeline
- Escalate second reviews to appropriate Operations/Underwriting leadership
- Establish communication protocol with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery
- Assist clients with lock reconciliation, extensions, and exceptions
