Internal Auditor

The Internal Auditor is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on mortgage origination and servicing internal audits. This includes assisting with the identification of risk, the development of the internal audit scope, performing internal audit and testing procedures, and preparing internal audit reports reflecting the results of the work performed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) designation preferred
• Prior audit, compliance, or risk related industry experience with knowledge of accounting, finance, internal controls
• Proficient with Microsoft – Access, Excel, Visio, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with TeamMate Audit software is a plus
• Prior mortgage servicing experience is a plus
