Sr Systems Engineer- Cloud

Exceed the expectations of our residential mortgage borrowers & business partners through superior service, simple processes, and effective communications. This position is responsible for assisting with all levels of Windows Infrastructure Systems planning, architecture, design, deployment, and troubleshooting within the Systems Engineering team.

Requirements

• Develop complete sets of application, architectural, or infrastructure system designs and implementation plans in accordance with enterprise standards.
• Provide 3rd Tier support and advanced troubleshooting of Windows Server systems.
• Advanced configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large-scale Microsoft systems.
• Integrate and manage cloud technologies, particularly Entra\Azure, into the existing infrastructure.
• Advanced scripting for system automation and cloud environment optimizations.
• Review existing system architecture, recommend improvements, and validate security and efficiency of cloud integrations.
• Stay abreast of new cloud technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
• Assist in the strategic planning of cloud infrastructure, including Entra\Azure, to meet current and future business needs.
• Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to ensure 24/7 support for critical network and system infrastructure.
