Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, outreach, or partnerships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience organizing virtual/in-person events
• Ability to analyze community sentiment and engagement data
• Proactive, self-starter mindset
• Knowledge of online community platforms (Discord, Slack, forums, social media groups) a plus
