NewsBreak is seeking a Technical Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment for engineers, product managers, and designers. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to develop creative strategies to find the best talents.

Requirements

• Manage full cycle recruitment for engineers, product managers and designers, and other business functions
• Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans
• Run searches and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn, AngelList, Google Search Engine, GitHub, and other platforms
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
