Requirements
- A Lead Consultant in Newton is likely to be at the early stages of a Manager grade (or equivalent title) or progressing towards that in another consulting firm.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering operational transformation and improvement projects.
- Experience with Defence, Infrastructure, Retail, Manufacturing, Local Government, and Central Government.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
