Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management or customer-facing commercial roles (2+ years preferred)
- Experience in promotional products, branded merchandise, print or fulfilment industries is desirable but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- High level of attention to detail, especially when preparing quotes and managing order specifications
- Comfortable working to targets and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
