Requirements
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and associated documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain comprehensive vendor files, up-to-date pricing lists, and product records for effective purchasing administration.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers to confirm order status, resolve discrepancies, and track delivery timelines.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, including compliance documentation and Certificate of Analysis (COA) management.
- Update Acumatica and Monday.com dashboards with essential purchasing and inventory data.
- Support cost comparison processes and contribute to vendor performance tracking initiatives.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and document organisation.
