Job Description
Do you want to be a part of the clean energy movement? Nexamp is seeking an experienced service technician to join their team in Joliet, IL, to provide lifecycle maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar PV infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 4 years experience working in the solar or renewable energy industry in a maintenance or service position
- Electrical license preferred
- NABCEB certification preferred
- Driver’s license in good standing required
- OSHA certification
- Ability to use ladders and work at heights
- Highly developed electrical and PV related troubleshooting skills and expertise
- Office skills including the use of computers, Microsoft Office, data acquisition systems, communications and remote computing
- Knowledge of Ethernet, cellular, fiber and machine to machine (M2M) communications
