YOUR TASKS:

• You audit annual reports or annual financial statements of capital management companies, managed special assets and investment funds in the form of command and stock companies (in all conceivable KAGB constellations, e.g. special and public AIF, in open and closed form) and process all topics related to the areas of accounting, valuation and regulatory requirements
• Through the increasing importance of ESG and sustainability in our industry, you will deal with current standards and laws – in particular the Disclosure and Taxonomy Regulation - and develop our consulting approach further

YOUR SKILLS:

• Completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on auditing
• Good to very good professional experience in auditing annual reports or annual financial statements under KAGB of capital management companies, special assets and investment funds in the form of command and stock companies
• Ideally good to very good knowledge of regulatory topics from KAGB as well as relevant EU regulations and EU directives
