Job Description
The Engineer II role at Nexperia is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of Die Attach and Clip Attach equipment. The role involves hands-on support, troubleshooting, and driving continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment efficiency, yield, and productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly, preferably in Die Attach or Clip Attach processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex equipment and automation systems
- Hands-on experience with DACA tools is an advantage
- Good teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment and support shift or on-call when required
