SiC Process Architect (m/f/d)

Nexperia is seeking a SiC Process Architect to contribute to product development projects and drive process development tasks. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering, 5 years of relatable work experience, and knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology with focus on SiC.

Requirements

• Contribute as process designer/architect in product development projects
• Develop modules and wafer fabrication processes for discrete power products like diodes, MOSFET based on SiC
• Drive complex situations to team solutions
• Lead projects that execute process development tasks
• Build up know how (technical & procedures) in silicon wafer products and processes
• Build up and maintain external and internal contacts in own field of experience
• Investigate competitor processes and technologies
