Integration & Automation Engineer

We are seeking an Integration & Automation Engineer to join our Information Systems group. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and optimize business-critical integrations, AI-powered workflows, and process automations.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations using modern iPaaS and AI-driven automation platforms.
• Implement LLM-based workflows that enhance decision-making, content generation, data validation, and internal operations.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA workflows (UI automations).
• Work closely with Information Systems engineers to design scalable cross-company data flows and integrations across our SaaS ecosystem.
• Build robust monitoring, logging, testing, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure reliability, observability, and high availability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD practices for integration workflows, including version control, deployment pipelines, and automated testing.
• Integrate and optimize data flows between systems such as ERP, CRM, HCM, ticketing, and operational platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, BambooHR, Jira).
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flows, and technical specs.
• Act as an internal expert for project/task management platforms, ensuring alignment with best practices and process governance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and drive adoption.
