As Sales Operations Specialist, you will ensure structure, transparency, and operational discipline across the commercial organization, working closely with Sales, Finance, and external partners to coordinate operational processes that allow deals to move smoothly from opportunity to completion.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Ops / RevOps (or related commercial ops roles) in a B2B environment
- Experience supporting transaction execution processes, ideally including logistics coordination in a B2B environment
- Fluent in English and German
- Hands-on, highly structured, detail-oriented, and proactive with a solution-focused mindset—and confident in enforcing process discipline and holding stakeholders accountable for data accuracy and execution standards
