Job Description
Next Step Healthcare is hiring a Floating Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership in various locations across Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is an experienced RN and enjoys challenges, prefers to travel, and works with multiple teams. This is a full-time, in-state position for RNs who live in the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current MA license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Five years’ experience in long-term care, with at least 3-5 years as Director of Nursing
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long term care
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
