Job Description
The Regional Nurse/Director of Clinical Operations will serve as a Nurse Consultant for a small group of facilities located in Central/Western Massachusetts.
Requirements
- Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of Massachusetts
- 5-10 years of Clinical experience, long term care preferred
- At least 3 - 5 years of management experience; previous Director of Nursing experience in LTC/SNF
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, training and management/leadership skills required
- Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis
