Job Description
Next is seeking Level 3, Apprentice-trained Electrical Maintenance Engineers to ensure the smooth operation of their warehouse machinery and equipment. The role involves fault-finding, repair, inspection, risk assessment and proactive maintenance, with a focus on PLC controlled equipment and ICS systems. The position requires working at heights and good communication skills.
Requirements
- Fault-finding and diagnosis of PLC-controlled equipment
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and robots
- Analysis and resolution of Electrical and Mechanical faults and repairs
- Conducting regular inspections and assisting with risk assessments
- Working at heights up to 20m
- Excellent communication skills
