Requirements
- Communicate clearly and customer-oriented
- Decisive, act quickly, and enjoy contributing to solutions
- Work accurately, keep an overview, and remain calm when it gets busy
- Experience with business debt collection or special management
- Understand the legal side, but always keep the commercial interest in sight
- Speak and write excellent Dutch and get by in English
- Live in the Netherlands and enjoy working regularly at our office in Utrecht
- Feel at home in a scale-up environment: flexible, energetic, and not afraid to take the initiative
