Job Description
The PV Solar Field Tech Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of PV solar field technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of photovoltaic (PV) solar systems. The role involves providing leadership, guiding team members, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to plan and execute PV solar projects.
Requirements
- High School Grad / GED
- 5+ years of experience
- Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
- Preferred qualifications include Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience, Licensed Electrician, Licensed Master Electrician, Cable Locating Principles&Techniques Cer, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
