Job Description
NextEra Energy’s Power Generation Division is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Steam Turbine Fleet Team in Engineering and Operations Support Services (EOSS). This role involves leading technical support for steam turbines, ensuring reliability, and driving initiatives to reduce forced outage rates and improve fleet availability. The position is part of a program focused on improving fleet reliability, O&M cost effectiveness, and outage rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 5+ years of experience
- Field engineering experience
- Strong communications/presentation skills
- Six Sigma certification
