Job Description
This IPQC Senior Engineer position focuses on ensuring quality control throughout the product lifecycle, from raw materials to finished goods. The role involves managing quality control, managing non-conforming materials, handling customer complaints, and improving manufacturing processes. It requires strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Manage CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action)
- Evaluate the Process Qualification & Validation of new products
- Monitor and report product yield
- Manage IPQC of all products (In Process Quality Control & Pre-Shipment Inspection)
- Handle customer complaints
- Create required documentations relevant to the product, processes, and requirements
- Manage DHR (Device history records)
- Implement internal audit regularly
