Job Description
This Quality Engineer position is responsible for tactical management of quality requirements between Nextern and customers, ensuring alignment with engineering, production, and supply chain goals. This role involves investigating complaints, conducting audits, leading changes to quality documentation, and providing support to engineering activities. The candidate will be expected to lead investigations, mentoring, and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a life sciences-related major (desired)
- 5 years of engineering/quality experience in a highly regulated manufacturing/industry environment
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Problem-solving skills
- English level C1, B2
