Job Description
Nextern is seeking a dynamic Quality Manager to lead and oversee Nern's Quality and Regulatory functions, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role provides strategic direction for the Quality Management System and supports product development and commercialization. The role also involves liaisoning with regulatory authorities and customers.
Requirements
- Manage personnel in areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Supplier Quality, Calibrations, Complaint Handling, and Document Control.
- Train employees on compliance with Quality System regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement Quality Management System strategies.
- Ensure the organization remains in a constant state of regulatory inspection readiness.
