Job Description
The Site Director will lead all plant operations and continuous improvement activities with overall responsibility for production, safety, quality, maintenance, and other production support areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical, related discipline
- 15 years of relevant manufacturing management experience in medical devices or closely related industry
- Strong commitment to quality, integrity, and completing initiatives on time and within budget
- Demonstrable record of achievement executing lean manufacturing initiatives and driving significant productivity and quality improvement
- Experience with advanced ERP systems – specific experience with Epicor a plus
