Job Description
Nextgen is seeking a Senior System Analyst to support operations and ensure smooth business operations. This role involves resolving operational problems, analyzing root causes, managing systems, and contributing to business process improvement. The analyst will also be involved in IOT implementation, monitoring, and support.
Requirements
- Resolve operational problems within defined schedules and service level agreements.
- Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
- Monitor system operations and troubleshoot problems.
- Manage job calendars and flows to ensure timely completion.
- Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
