Job Description
Algotale is seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with a strong background in performance testing, analysis, and optimization of complex systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and experience with advanced tools like NeoLoad, Blazemeter, or Gatling.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a minimum of 6 years in performance testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in at least one advanced performance testing tool such as NeoLoad, Blazemeter, or Gatling.
- Deep understanding of performance testing methodologies, KPIs, and metrics.
- Proficiency in test scripting, result analysis, and performance tuning.
- Experience working with web-based, API, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, New Relic).
- Good understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
