We are seeking skilled and proactive professionals to join our Supply Chain (Procurement / Purchase) team. The roles involve managing end-to-end procurement operations, vendor management, and sourcing strategy for our client engagements.
Requirements
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations including RFQs, quotation analysis, negotiations, PO creation, and vendor coordination.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers for materials, components, and consumables.
- Ensure on-time material availability to meet production and project requirements.
- Perform cost analysis, benchmarking, and price negotiation to achieve optimal cost savings.
- Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) parameters.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, logistics, and quality teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain and update procurement data, reports, and supplier documentation in ERP systems.
- Support new supplier onboarding, audits, and documentation compliance with company and client standards.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and implement cost reduction and localization programs.
- Lead a small team of procurement professionals and guide them in daily operational tasks.
- Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews; initiate improvement action plans.
- Collaborate with senior management for annual procurement planning and budgeting.
- Analyze spend data and provide insights for process optimization and supplier consolidation.
