Job Description
Nextiva is seeking an experienced AI/NLP Engineer to join their growing team. They are focused on reimagining customer experiences through AI-powered, conversation-centric platforms. The role involves developing and deploying NLP models, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, with expertise in fine-tuning, transfer learning, and developing custom models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with NLP model building and pipeline implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ASR, TTS, or custom language model architectures.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployment on platforms such as AWS.
